Payment needs to be done via PayPal after the sketch is approved. If you cancel your commission on the sketch stage before paying, I will turn the sketch into a YCH to sell so I get some compensation for the time spent on it.

Refunds after sketch is confirmed and paid for are not possible.

First of all. I DO NOT work with just written descriptions of characters unless they're really simple or really descriptive. I have quite a hard time following written character descriptions, and I do not want to have a bad experience or make the experience with me bad for the commissioner.

If you do not have a reference sheet of your character, you can just show some pieces of art with them. But keep in mind I can overlook some details because of it. I still will add them if this happens.

If you can, please send photos/art of poses/backgrounds you are looking for. It will be really helpful and useful for me! (Unless you will choose to give me full artistic freedom with your commission.)

You can change your idea and description whenever you want before I start working on your commission. Don’t be shy about it. But if work is started and a sketch is finished, but you want to change the whole idea of the piece, you will need to pay extra.

I do not have strict deadlines, and I will try my best to finish your commission as fast as possible. But please do not rush me.

Average lead time is 1 day to 6 months for one commission (I know that it's a big difference in lead time, but it depends on the complexity and my IRL situation, sometimes I have a hard time drawing). Have in mind that if you are not first in the queue, it may take longer.

I will send you all WIPs of sketch, line, flat coloring, and render stages to confirm that everything is right. But I need to warn you that I have a ~7-8 hour time difference with the US, and it can turn into a few extra days waiting for your commission.

I make free changes available only at the sketch stage or if I drew something wrong/against your description. Other changes may cost extra if they are really significant, small changes are usually free at any stage.

When the commission is done, I will post it in my gallery and drop you a note with a link to a high-resolution picture. (You can ask me not to post the finished work in public, free of charge, but it should be discussed beforehand.)

Usually my prices are not changing from what you can see in the price list, but additional body parts/details/etc can cost extra. This is discussed before payment is done.

I keep all commercial rights for your commissions. I can upload it to my galleries and portfolios or sell/print/etc. (Unless the commissioner asked for the piece to not be uploaded and used anywhere) If you commissioned something fandom-related and it is suitable to be a merch piece, I will ask explicit permission from the commissioner if they are alright with me making merch from it! If not, I will not do any merch with the piece! I never use personal/fandom OCs for any merch.

You have all rights to your picture for non-commercial use. You can re-upload it with credits, make icons and badges out of it, print posters for personal use, but you can’t sell them as a product.

If you want commercial rights for the commissioned piece, just ask me, and we will discuss it.
